Hello Residents of Sevenhills. Sevenhills Action Group (S.H.A.G.) is dedicated to maintaining pride in our community and the Sevenhills neighborhood. Our last meeting of 2025 was Monday October 27th. Our First meeting of 2026 is Wednesday January 28th.
Our meeting location for 2026 will be at the North Central Public Library located at 11109 Hamilton Ave. (across the street from Frisch’s). Meetings are 4th Wednesday of month, 7 P.M except May is 3rd Wednesday due to Memorial Day.

Events and News
Brush and Limb Pickup Resumes April 1st thru the 1st week of November 2025
Springfield Township Public Works Staff will remove tree limbs and brush placed neatly at the curb after a service call is placed for pick up. This service is free to all residential and commercial property owners. Residents can call 513-728-3860 to request service. Guidelines and addition information can be found on the township website here.
Sevenhills Park Improvement update, 2024
Frost Park shelter is ready for use. It has 3 picnic tables under shelter along with two grills and a trash container. Soccer Goals set up at park with nets on order. Volley ball court to be installed later this year after area dries out.
The Lighting has been adjusted to the west to keep it from shining in bedroom windows.
The basketball court is resurfaced with new lines painted. A larger area of the park has been cleared and mowed to make it easier to play soccer and football.
The Springfield township Master Plan update for 2023 is still open for public input from residents. Check out https://www.springfieldtwp.org/462/2023-Master-Plan-Update .
There are two links in the engagement opportunities section. The first is a general survey, the second a mapping exercise, and the third a parks survey. The mapping exercise allows you to drop a pin on the township map for issues and concerns, Park, Housing and retail opportunities. There is also a transportation opportunities where you draw a section around the map for infrastructure ideas and improvements such as repaving roads.

The link for section 8 housing in the May minutes does not work (…download property list HERE). Also, can we get a list of property violations that have already been assigned a case? You state: …ones that we were aware of are not on the list. Can we get a list of those also?
