Springfield township approved Dump Your Junk event twice per year. We will do one in Spring and another in the Fall. Will give more details as they become available.
Roosevelt re-paved to Sprucehill
The Hamilton Ave re-pavement project funded by ODOT (Ohio Department of Transportation) District 8 is complete along with Roosevelt to Sprucehill. We would like to thank Mike Gould and Springfield township for working with ODOT to include this in the project.
Sevenhills is a high priority zone:
Springfield Township has made Sevenhills a high priority zone. This letter Has been hand delivered to all businesses. There has also been more police presence looking for illegal activity and checking up on vacant properties. If you will be away from home on summer vacation Springfield Township police encourages you to call (513) 729-1300 to let them know and they will check up on your property while you are away.
The Township started on the Wild Flower project at the old Frost elementary school property in June.Scroll down to see the proposed project details.
Neighborhood cleanups continue:
Joe Rivers and Charles Smith are active doing neighborhood cleanups on Saturday mornings 9 to 11 AM. If you would like to volunteer please check with Joe for dates. They are also hiring youth to help with cleanups.
Roosevelt landscape project: This project is complete. We would like to thank Springfield Township for providing us mulch and Joe, Lee, Roy, Don, Fred for distributing the mulch on May 10th. Would also like to thank Carolyn for volunteering to plant Flowers for further enhancement.

The blue line around the park indicates a walking trail paved with wood chips.
